These are sew-on or heat press. Sew-on is recommended. If heat press, requires 400-450 degrees for 20 seconds at high pressure (press). Patch attach glue may work but not recommended.
In 1921 Benton MacKaye, a forester wrote his original plan called "An Appalachian Trail, A Project in Regional Planning". On October 7, 1923, the first section of the trail was opened. The Trail was mostly completed by 1937. Earl Shaffer was the first to “thru-hike” the entire trail in 1948.
This Appalachian Trail cap features the famous AT logo with a white blaze marker.
