Jeff was so helpful when I didn't apply the sticker correctly and realize I was supposed to remove the backing. I was messaged promptly several times when I had a question about it and the sticker is great! I was even sent a replacement sticker in case the one I had didn't work out. It worked beautifully once I followed his directions.
